Koel Mallik is a young and
well-liked celebrity of Kolkata. She was born on 28th April 1982 in Mallik family of West Bengal,
Kolkata, India.
She is the daughter of famous Bengali actor Ranjit Mallik. Her mother’s name is
Deepa Mallik. Koel Mallik did her
schooling from ‘Modern High
School for Girls’, and completed graduation with BSc
(honors) in ‘Psychology’ from the ‘Gokhale Memorial Girls' College’ of Kolkata.
Koel Mallik started her film
career with the film ‘Nater Guru’, opposite ‘Jeet’. The film released in 2003
and it was super hit film. Since the film ‘Nater Guru’ released, the couple has
effort mutually frequently, become visible in eleven films.
Next year 2004, she starred film ‘Devipaksha’, ‘Shudhu Tumi’, ‘Badshah and Bandhan’. At the same time as the first two films did not done well, ‘Bandhan’ was super hit and a huge success at the Box office. It was also the uppermost disgusting Bengali cinema of 2004.

In 2005, Koel became visible in ‘Shubha Drishti’, ‘Manik, Juddha’ and ‘Chorey Chorey Mastuto Bhai’. She also became visible in ‘Juddha’ opposite Mahaguru of Kollywood ‘Mithun Chakraborty’ and ‘Debasree Roy’.
The film traced a preliminary assortment of Rs. 1.2 crore of first weeks. In 2006, she took on a supplementary solemn role in ‘MLA Phatakeshto’. In this film she played role as a reporter.
Koel Mallik married with ‘Nispal
Singh’ (Rane) on 1st
February 2013. They were in love for 7 years.
