Deepika Padukone
is a young and appealing actress of India. She was born on 5th January, 1986
in Denmark.
Her family stimulated to India,
when she was about one year old.
Her father ‘Prakash Padukone’ is an ex badminton player of international reputation, and her mother is a travel agent. Deepika has a younger sister, named ‘Anisha Padukone’. Deepika completed her studies at ‘Mount Carmel College’ Bangalore.

Deepika Padukone
started her performing career with modeling. She has become visible in a number
of print and television profitable as like ‘Close-up’, ‘Liril’and ‘Limca’. She
was the brand diplomat for ornaments of India, a jeweler’s trade fair and
as well features of ‘Maybelline’, a worldwide brand.
In 2006, Deepika made her first appearance with the ‘Kannada’ film ‘Aishwarya’ opposite co-artist ‘Upendra’. In the next year, she made her successful first appearance in Bollywood film with the film ‘Om Shanti Om’ differing with ‘Shah Rukh Khan’.
In the same year Deepika performed in a passionate humor film ‘Bachna Ae Haseeno’ conflicting ‘Ranbir Kapoor’ and along with ‘Bipasha Basu’ and ‘Minissha Lamba’. The film was super hit at the box office.
In 2009, she was
played double-role beside with ‘Akshay Kumar’ in the film ‘Chandni Chowk to China’.
In 2010-11 she
performed some super hit films, as like ‘Karthik Calling Karthik’, ‘Housefull’, ‘Khelein
Hum Jee Jaan Se’, ‘Break Ke Baad’,
‘Lafangey
Parindey’, ‘Desi Boyz’ and ‘Aarakshan’. But ‘Desi
Boyz’ did not do well at the box-office.
